Shall we Dance?

Afternoon peeps, hope you are not all freezing, boy was the frost thick this morning but thankfully the sun is peeping through at times here in Chorley. An early start for me this morning as had acupuncture at 9am, only another month to go hopefully.

Today a new challenge starts at Whoopsi Daisy and we would like you to

Punch It Out

I am afraid there is not much punching, only Martha Stewart´s fabulous lace doily punch,  as my arms, shoulders and back are still pretty bad, got a shock with phone call yesterday for an MRI scan at 6pm - yep on a Sunday evening, the good thing at least I didn´t have a sleepless night with the short notice!

I have used this sweet image from Sheet 420, she reminds me so much of our daughters when they were young and going to all sorts of dance classes including ballet. I have coloured her with my copics, inked around image and added lots of glitter with stickles. Papers are from Papermania´s Lucy Cromwell pad, gems and pearls from Mei Flower and lace and ribbon from stash. Sentiment was cut from the Cricut,  scroll die was borrowed from my daughter and am I glad I made good use of it when she visited for a few days, think I may have to treat myself to it. I always check out  Sweet Sketch Wednesday as I love playing with their sketches.

I´m back to playing with my punches and this is my favourite corner punch ,both flowers have been punched and embossed and the brads are from Papermania and I think I got the wee flowers around image from the 100 peseta shop in Spain. Bloomin heck hubby wasn´t too pleased when he saw I had cut into his shirt, poor darling does the ironing and said at least I could have let him wear it first, hey come on I didn´t want a sweaty bit o material - trust men!

I decided to cut the circular panel with my nestie and now wish I had mounted it onto white card - this shirt is/WAS so fine and the orange card does show through a bit but whey hey it is all in the aid of completing a challenge ROFL.

I have inked up Sailing Boat from Lili of the Valley and coloured with copics and prismas, these stamps are such a snip at only £3.75 each. I stamped onto the shirt with versafine to create the sails and again onto the orange card for the mast and flag. 3 Challenges

Woo hoo two cards in one week, I can´t believe it but again the challenges this week have inspired me so much that I just had to sit down and play.
First excuse, well this is what I tell hubby, was to use my new MSLD punch which I adore despite receiving another two of her punches on the same day and Stamp Something allowed me to do just this as their theme this week is "Favourite Somethings".
I had my image all coloured for Penny Black Saturday Challenge and their theme is a recipe of 3 brads, 2 ribbons and a flower then I couldn´t believe my luck when I espied the gorgeous sketch by Dawn at Inspirational Card Sketches, will definitely use this one again.

MSLD punch,PB clear stamp,papers/brads from PM and ribbons and flower from stash.

Penny Black Saturday Challenge

The theme this week over at Penny Black is "Get Well Soon"

I have chalked the background and used my Prisma´s to colour PB´s Arrangement image and added some glamour dust to flowers then raised this onto a nestie and again onto PM´s Retro Flower papers.I don´t have a get well soon stamp so had to use peel off´s and some flat backed gems then finished off with some toffee treats and Bosscut flourish.

I have used PB´s kickin stamp and coloured with prisma´s, about time I had a play with these, and I have used 3d pads to raise a die cut sissix frame.
ABC Challenge X is for Theme is for an X somewhere on your project. I have marked X´s around the sissix frame with an embossing pen and heat embossed these in gold.
One Stop Craft Challenge 13 Theme is "Charmed". I have suspended a gold embossed charm "hand made with love" from a pink ribbon, sorry you can´t see this clearly but I am having probs with sciatica and can´t stand still. OK who had that wise crack!!! Don´t worry I am aware it is the set on of auld age teehee. -x-
