Here we are half way through yet another week, how time flies when you have fun. Wednesday´s always bring us Flutter By Wednesday at Danni´s Dreams and this week is another open one so just create your card with a "Butterfly", "Fairy" or "Angel" and join in the fun.
I have used the wonderful sketch again over at Lili of the Valley designed by none other than my dearest daughter Marcea. Simon Says "All That Sparkles" and Winter Wonderland have an "Open Theme" and to throw the glitter about.
I have coloured my image with Copics, flowersoft to fur trims and glamour dust to her wings.
Papers are from the Christmas Wishes pack by DCWV and holographic card from stash. Snowflake is a shapeability and again the glamour dust came out.

Creative Card Crew - Challenge #34
Good morning and welcome to a new challenge with the Creative Card Crew. This week´s theme of SNOWFLAKES has been set by our lovely Claire and our sponsor Simon Says Stamp has generously donated a €20 Gift Certificate and Heidi will also pay the postage.
We are delighted to welcome Victoria to our Design Team, she is one awesome crafter so do please stop by her blog and leave her some love.
Anyhoo onto my card. I have heat embossed with red tinsel onto acetate - turned this over and applied H20´s, floor polish and a crumpled paper hankie! The stamp was a present from a very lovely lady, thank you Bev, it is hard to believe it is almost two years since you showed me this technique. I have followed my dear daughters sketch, thank you Marcea, I will definitely be using this again as it was such fun to work with. Papers are Christmas Wishes from DCWV and the snowflakes are from Shapeabilities.

Die Cut Dreams - Challenge #20
Good morning from a very sunny Costa del Sol, can´t believe the heat we are having at the end of October or that Monday is upon us again so soon and the extra hour we were supposed to get somehow disappeared without me noticing.
The challenge this week at Die Cut Dreams is Wedded Bliss and I have gone back to when I started crafting and made a decoupage, shaped card. I am also entering this card into One Stop Craft Challenge who are celebrating their 1st Bloggoversary with the theme of Celebrations .
I have used Summer Flowersoft on the bouquet, hairband and button hole to give even more dimension and added some glamour dust to the brides dress.

Autumn is here
Good morning peeps, I hope you are all hunky dory. Lovely and cool here this morning as we had torrential rain through the night and everything is refreshed.
This week on Flutter By Wednesday is another free week so just create a card with a Butterfly or Fairy and upload with a direct link to Mr. Linky and if you upload to SCS or PCP please use the keyword, FBW.
Dottie´s World, Crafty Cardmakers and Crafty Calendar have all set the theme of Autumn which are colours I never use so a real challenge in itself for me and can you believe these are now my favourite colours.
I have coloured Madison, with my copics, just getting the feel of them now. Main dp is from KCo, prima flowers, spacers , brads, charm and braid are from my stash and I had fun making my wee dangly, yep that wire sure is useful!
Be sure to stop by my teamies on FBW Ann, Cassie, Chris, Christine, Danni,Harriet, Heather, Jodi, Kristie, Kim, Lelia, Michelle, Nancy, Stef, and Taylor as their cards are always so inspirational.

Creative Card Crew - Challenge #33
Wow I can´t believe we are onto Challenge 33 already at the Creative Card Crew and this week our lovely Linda has set the theme of Baby/Childrens cards which is definitely my weekest spot and Lili of the Valley have set the theme of A Christmas Card for a Child so I just had to make two - yep a glutton for punishment.
I have coloured these cuties with my copics and added flowersoft to the fur trims and glamour dust to the bows. I ran the tag die cuts through with the Swiss dot folder and papers are from an Extreme cd.
Our car goes into the garage this morning for a couple of days, couldn´t you just curse when idiots mark your card and clear off without a by your leave. Once we have dropped it off we will catch the bus down to Fuengirola and do a spot of shopping and eat out then catch the train back home. Aah the joys of being a lady of leisure rofl.

Die Cut Dreams - Challenge #19
The challenge this week at Die Cut Dreams has been set by our lovely Susie and she has chosen the theme of Winter Wonderland, another excuse for me to crack on with my Christmas cards and Lili of the Valley would like to see a Christmas Card for a Child.
I couldn´t wait to ink up Miki & Kimi, from Lili of the Valley when they landed in my mailbox the other day. I have coloured them with my copics and used flowersoft for the fur trims. The border is a beautiful old gold ribbon which my dear friend Bev brought over a couple of years ago and I have cut into this for the first time - good aren´t I ... ooh it is so strokeable but really should be used. I couldn´t believe my luck when I found some lovely matching card too to make up my nestie snowflake and sizzlet sentiment.

The REAL Mc Coy - broomstick
This week at Flutter By Wednesday #79 is a free week as long as you have a Butterfly or Fairy on your project and Cute Daisy May say Fairy-nuff so a Fairy is what again is required whilst on Dottie´s World and Allsorts #22 they would like to see Halloween projects and ABC are onto the letter F for flying.
I racked my brains on how to turn this beautiful pixie fairy into a Halloween image so googled broomstick then printed one out when hubby came on the scene and said something along the lines "Surely you´re not using THAT!!!", remember I am being polite here, and from someone who never critises I knew I had gone down the wrong road and a few minutes later he presented me with some garden clippings so voila
my broomstick was created from twigs and a cocktail stick, again the wire from wine bottle came into use to bind these together. Aah for the hidden genius in my hubby, maybe better keep the wine flowing if he is gonna have brainstorms like this rofl.

I have coloured my image with copics and added some glamour dust and glitter for a bit o the ole sparkle. She is popped up on double 3d pads onto this sparkly paper which I cut with my nestie and dp is from an extreme cd.
Sorry I am such a bad blogger at the mo but I´m not feeling anywhere near A1 so I am following doctors orders and those of my dear daughter so promise to get back on track asap. -x-

My base card is pearlescent and papers from SU, coloured Madison from Charmed Cards & Crafts, with my copics then covered her dress with glamour dust ... well a girl has gotta sparkle on her BIG O doesn´t she? Got my needle and thread out and enjoyed a couple of hours sewing the side panels then heat embossed my sentiment - touched up the roses with copics and some more glamour dust and cut the 50 from my Sizzlets.

Watch out - there are witches about
This is my 1st DT card for Die Cut Dreams and challenge #17 has been set by our lovely Vikki who has set the theme of Halloween with a colour combo of Black, Purple, Orange and Green and for good measure has thrown in a wonderful sketch too. At first I thought YIKES what on earth am I going to do here but to be honest it was easy peasy.
Creative Belli also have a theme for Halloween as do Fun with Shapes and More and Stampavie and More have set the theme of Animals ... now what decent witch would be without her cat???
I have coloured my image with Copics, cut her out with my nesties. Paper is from an Extreme cd and ribbon plus slider are from my stash. Sentiment is computer generated using Accent Dot Writer font and again cut out with nesties.
Start of a new week, I hope it is a good one.
