Guest Designer for The Crafty Pad and a few challenges

Good afternoon peeps, hope you are all well and enjoying the aroma´s coming out of the kitchen from your Sunday roast. I am honoured to be GD with The Crafty Pad and this week´s theme is

Red & Green.

I really enjoyed using the "Christmas Personalised Mini Story Book" which can be found HERE and I hope our adorable grandsons will enjoy reading it as they love nothing better than a good story book and I sit for hours reading with them when I am over.

All papers are from the Joyeux Noel pad by Papermania, poinsettias from Wild Orchid Crafts

I have glittered all the edges and am afraid to say the wording has been blurred out for obvious reasons, sorry.

Sissix die cuts and sizzlets words.

All images coloured with copics and prismas.

Embossed die cuts which I have had forever.
Spellbinders snowflakes and gems from stash.

The images and verses have been cut out with nesties.

I adhered two square cards together to make this wee book which consists of 6 pages.

and you still have plenty of time to make one of these books for those special wee folks in your life. The direct link to the product is HERE

3 Challenges in 1 perhaps

Hiya peeps, I hope you are all enjoying a lovely quiet evening with a bit of crafting thrown in for good luck.
Ouch I am well out of my comfort zone here but thought as I have joined Blogland it is now time for me to try out new techniques.
Penny Black Challenge 33 Theme is "Frame It"
I have used PB´s kickin stamp and coloured with prisma´s, about time I had a play with these, and I have used 3d pads to raise a die cut sissix frame.
ABC Challenge X is for Theme is for an X somewhere on your project. I have marked X´s around the sissix frame with an embossing pen and heat embossed these in gold.
One Stop Craft Challenge 13 Theme is "Charmed". I have suspended a gold embossed charm "hand made with love" from a pink ribbon, sorry you can´t see this clearly but I am having probs with sciatica and can´t stand still. OK who had that wise crack!!! Don´t worry I am aware it is the set on of auld age teehee. -x-

I have gone with backing paper from PM Raspberry Champagne Creative Tones and hand punched some flowers and leaves then added gems to centres.
